Availability Checker
If you are interested in booking our services for your next event, you can check our availability using our online availability tool. The calendar advises if we are fully available, partially available, fully booked, away/busy or if a date is reserved for one of our BFC/SBA or Corporate clients for an annual recurring event.
Tool tips (on date hover) will also show booking reference numbers for clients wishing to check that their booking is on our system.

Accept Booking Contract Online
If you have booked our services and have received our Booking Contract; I require a a completed version emailed back to confirm to the event details, terms and conditions. I highly recommend using e-Sign by Smallpdf or any PDF Editing / Signing software. If this seems a bit too technical for you, no worries.
Use this form with our Booking Contract in front of you (as you will need to copy details exactly).
